- Pavement resurfacing and overlaying activities for maintenance works has affected the existing guard rail post height (above pavement level) which has been reduced and does not comply with the standard specifications
- The conventional technique to rise up to the guard rail post using mechanical method is not practical and operations friendly. Furthermore, it is only a short term solution. The guard rail post will "drop" back to its original positon
- The scenario has been studied and the new invention has been identified by our company. Our adjustable packer and adjustable post is the effective solution to this problem
